I established Kris Krueger Hypnosis to assist people through conversation, mindfulness, and hypnosis.

The foundation of my practice is the belief that inside us is every answer to every hardship we experience. Hypnosis is one of the most powerful tools to access these answers, and when received and implemented, we can create change that empowers us.

I am skilled in transpersonal, energetic, and spiritual hypnosis practices, emphasizing the body-mind connection in all aspects of my work. I endeavor to create a safe space while helping my clients access their inner world, connect to their truth, and gain wisdom and healing through the experience.
